1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 99tk platform in any capacity — whether as a registered member, a visitor browsing the site, or a player participating in any game or promotion — you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 99tk.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• You must not hold more than one registered account on the 99tk platform at any given time.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 99tk.

99tk conducts periodic identity verification checks (KYC). You agree to promptly provide any supporting documentation requested by our compliance team, including national identification, proof of address, and payment method ownership.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one account on 99tk. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform. You are solely responsible for the activity conducted through your account.

Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. 99tk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and never share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 99tk immediately via email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account Suspension and Closure

99tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or where account activity appears inconsistent with responsible gaming behaviour. Any funds in a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

99tk supports BDT-denominated transactions exclusively. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We currently support the following payment channels for Bangladeshi players.

Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your 99tk account immediately after successful payment confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. You may deposit using any of the following methods:

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Please note the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the 99tk platform.

99tk cooperates fully with Bangladeshi law enforcement and financial intelligence units. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Players found in violation of these fair-play rules will have all winnings permanently void and accounts permanently closed.

Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-mandated shutdowns, or internet service provider failures) may temporarily interrupt access. 99tk shall not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

11. Changes to These Terms

99tk may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by posting a prominent notice on the 99tk website.
